Dean:
Education:
MBBS, FCPS/MPCP/FRCP American board-approved degree or equivalent to these degrees. These degrees must be approved from Pakistan medical board commission.
Experience:
The suitable candidate must have:
The national or international reputed in his/her field may be in the clinical or basic science with at least 7 years of administrative, head of the department, head of the unit, program, or reputed institute with proven leadership quality. Proven track teaching or research qualities. Commitment to medical education and research. Recognition cspr as a supervisor and examiner. Attended national or international workshop/ smeinar. Conferences and courses. Proven as expert and modulator style.
Responsibility:
Dean will be responsible to the BOG, MTI Bannu, and will the function to down the leads in the KP, MTI Act 2015 in the subordinate and registration.
Remuneration:
A competitive salary will be offered based on Qualification and experience based. Fringe benefits include official car furnished accommodation will also be proved.
Nursing Director:
BNS/ post RN BNS/ BSC nursing proven by the Pakistan nursing council. Registration MNS/MS HCM/ MPH/ MSC med will be preferred.
Experience:
The canidate must be having these Qualities:
7 Years of experience in health care or administering in tertiary care hospital. A canidate having nursing director experience in tertiary care hospital will be preferred.
The candidate must have strong leadership and management Qualities.
Responsibility:
Training/Teaching/ICU/CCU paramedical staff will be added advantage. The nursing director is more responsible to BOG, and MTI and must have the function and responsibility to laid down the KP MTi and others.
